system error on completion

1. Getting a system error on completion of backup, sometimes before successful completion. Cannot attach picture.

2. Getting Access Violation at address 0046144A0 in module S3Systembackup.exe Read of address 000001134

1. Please forward us the latest log file to s3support[at]s3backupsystem.com. Should probably help us to determine what's causing the error.
2. When you do get the Access Violation one? Is it happening always after the same sequence of actions? If yes, would appreciate if you post a list of these actions here. Thank you!

Sorry for the late response. I just found your reply.

I am forwarding two log files for this problem. The second one, dated 14 December, would have been the latest after the problem occurred.

Overnight two things have mysteriously happened: most of the log files have disappeared and scheduled runs of the system have been occurring and seem to be working...
The only thing I may have done that contributed to the "healing" was deleting the db.gdb file.

db.gdb contains data for the recently used backup sets. So; probably yes, its removal might help clear up some old data :)
